absolutely not.

She is nobody's wilting violet, and she will do a man's job when necessary.

For what it's worth, her mom was one of those hapless women, and her father turned to her, his oldest daughter, to get things done. She is fiercely capable of doing everything. She can fix appliances, tear out old carpets and put new carpets in, if she sees the need. We bought a new home last year, and she remodeled it.

However, to be fair, I do mow the lawn as the usual first responder. I also do some laundry, and run the dishwasher, or whatever, as needed. She takes a lot of pride in her home, and insists on keeping it presentable, and in general does far more than I'd really expect from oh 95% of wives. What is most amazing about my wife, is this. A few years ago she did the whole cancer show, chemo and all. I thought she'd be a near invalid if she lived at all.
I am just stunned at what I see her do now.
