**** me, Narlins is gonna be a legit team. If Zeller is picked at 10th??

Jack
Gordon
Ariza
Davis
Zeller

In 3 years? **** me.

Man, I bet the Jazz lose to that team....oh wait, Jazz lost to that team without Zeller or Davis how many times last year? But hey we made the playoffs.

I would actually think it was rigged if NO didn't get it. Obviously the NBA knew that it would get reactions if NO won the lottery, so if the NBA didn't want that then they would do all the could to make sure NO didn't get the 1st pick.

I personally don't think the lottery is rigged, but of course, with the league still owning the Hornets for now, I understand how people can think that. I'm just not happy that the NBA was so hell-bent on keeping the Hornets in NO. Seattle was a better basketball city than New Orleans will ever be.

but how does Chris Paul going to LA hint at a rigged draft? did the team trading him get bumped up in a draft?
I forget the story there.

The Chris Paul trade just showed that NBA sometimes can protect their interests despite everything.

Well, draft is a great tool to control their own interests. That can be anything. New arena, new city, etc.

Look, actually I don't even care what is going on anyway. just saying.

It's obvious Chris Paul asked to be traded so the Hornets would be bad enough to get Anthony Davis. Now Chris Paul is just going to rejoin the Hornets in 2013, which will be made possible by getting Big Al's expiring contract for Damien Lillard and Okafor.

Him and Dwill are best buddies, it's obvious Dwill is going to rejoin Utah and told CP3 about it.

Wait, it wasn't in their interest to send Chris Paul to the most popular franchise in NBA history, furthering their span of extreme marketability with Kobe and Paul?

Well, actually one of their interest is to make a small gap between small and big markets team

Interesting Yahoo article on it being rigged.

Do I buy it? IDK. I will say that it is interesting that the Cavs after losing LeBron ended up with the 1st overall pick last year with a what percent chance? The Bulls were floundering for years and had a miniscule chance at the 1st overall pick and they won and selected Rose. The Jazz trade Deron and jump up into the top 3. Not saying it isn't possible. Just saying that it is something to talk about.

I don't believe the lottery was rigged. Sure it would have been wonderful to see GSW fans crying, fortunately they will cry for years no matter how hard they tank.

And fortunately it wasn't that crucial to have this pick this year, of course it's a pity but, well at least we are not a GSW.

I like cheese boobies so much that I couldn't have possibly selected any of the other options, but I have to ask:

If the lottery is not rigged then how come they try to make a stupid envelope ceremony so overly dramatic when they could just film the ping pong ball extravaganza and create 1000 times the drama automatically? I mean, who doesn't love to watch those ping pong balls scrambling for position and rolling out the chute? And if they wanted to go way over the top (which they would) they could have the odds for each team updated every single time a ball rolls out similar to what they do in those televised poker tournaments.

Small market San Antonio is the best team in the NBA.

Small market New Orleans won the draft lottery.

Huge city team New York Knicks have been horrible for a long, long time.

People still think the NBA is rigged.

LOL
