Sorry...just couldn't resist. Couldn't ask for a better debut for Burke. He looked fearless out there. He's the leader/alpha-make this team was sorely lacking. Very excited to see more.

And while we're on the subject of Gods...Wtf is wrong with Hayward. Worst shooting performance in Jazz history. I felt bad for him.

When Hayward will be inducted to the Hall of Fame everyone will be smiling recalling this game.
 
With Burke doing more and more of the play making and distributing and pick & roll, I foresee Hayward having a reduced role on offense and being forced to shoot more.


Is he up for it? I doubt it...
 
He is no God but he definitely is the savior for this team.

You gotta love the game he is playing out there. Just one of the most important things this team needs. He is a great pick.

I must have got myself stressed out too much from all the previous games that it felt like a relief to see some light in his resurrection. I mean return.

I believe Hayward and Burks will get it together at some point this year. Neither is living up to our expectations right now though.

I have big concerns about paying Hay over 11 mil per even when he eventually will put up some monster games. I see a very inconsistent player, and not a leader.

There ares some scenes in Ender's Game (movie) about being a leader, being fearless for the sake of others, lead by example. I recommend Hayward to watch the movie.
 
Burke isn't God he is Black Jesus.

LOL .. Nice performance considering it was his first real NBA game. I saw potential in the kid. Nice to see him shoot it well.

It is actually very probable that Jesus was dark-skinned, if not "black" or African per se.

This is a major point of debate among Christian and historical scholars.
