Anyone remember 2008 Russia/Georgia South Ossetia incident. Georgia attacked Russian supporters first in a disputed territory, attacked a school, then got their *** smashed when Russia retaliated, leveled their towns, and threatened to wipe the whole country off the face of the earth. Georgia tried to play it off that Russia bullied them so America would intervene, but the whole world laughed at them instead. The point is that you can't pick fights with other countries then expect your "friends" to help you. Concerning Israel and Iran, I suspect that if either country attacked each other, other countries would be very hesitant to directly help. America will be in a very ugly spot supporting Israel because Iran has some powerful friends too. Economically, I think the super powers will find it better to help America and then rape Iran of its resources, but terrorism would be at all time high.
