Burke still does the same stuff he did in college without really adjusting, taking pull up mid-range shots.
Middleton adjusted and added something different to his game which will allow him to start to show his off the dribble game.
Different scenarios. Middleton accepted he had to learn how to do the basic things that a role player does, now he is ready to expand his game.
Good point-- I just don't know of too many players who have played for a couple years as an off-ball shooter before learning how to create offense, put the ball on the floor, and adopt a mid-range game in the NBA. I don't see Khris becoming Paul George anytime soon.
