It's the most wonderful time of the year (first game of the year!). Hou @ Jazz Game 1 of many.

My hopes for tonight.

1) A Win.
2) Holding the Rockets under both 100 points and 45% from the floor.
3) Favors: 16, 10, and 2
4) Burke: 14 and 7
5) Kanter: 14 and 10
6) Burks: 15, 4, 4
7) Hayward: 15, 4, 4
8) Gobert: 8, 8 and 2
9) Exum: 15 minutes of solid play

The starting lineup is the one I've been dreaming of for two years. And off the bench Exum and Hood? *jazzgasm*
 
If Kanter is sucking on defense ...that means Burke and Burks are playing matador defense like they did last year.I've just never bought into one player out of five being the reason for the losses .I saw every game last year last year and saw Burke and Burks trailing their guy all year on defense but Kanter having the finger pointed at him.

Now that Utah had a decent pre season ,it's very telling that Corbin is getting trashed as the Coach and a big reason the young guys were stunted in their learning process from last year. Utah is going to be the NBA's surprise team.
 
Good defense there by Kanter there but rebound went the other way.
