Jahlil Oakfor dominated Enes Kanter?

Obviously the kid went up against Enes doing anything but trying to dominate a HS junior..
Obviously you can't tell much from a single game vid. The paid experts and scouts think he's the best in the country at his age.

He is very big, he is very skilled, he has nice touch for such a big guy. He does look a little soft but he's pretty young still so maybe he'll grow out of that. He also isn't very explosive, kind of a much better Al Jefferson IMO.

So what if it is true (which I doubt)?

Kanter is still the best low post big man we've had since #32 retired.

The man at what... Age 20?????

Is already our best big. He's a combo of Memo and Boozer but actually can play defense.

Dominating one and one does not mean anything at all. The basketball is all about the offense and defense schemes, IQ,passing, lateral quickness, awareness etc. Enes can dominate anyone in the world under the rim yet he has begun to pass against double team this year or learnt he should not always use his strength. This kid can be so good but his approach is not called humble but just childish. I remember the tweets of Austin Rivers before draft and now sad to see him helpless.

I remember someone once told me that Enes let him beat him in Horse at a local gym somewhere. Maybe he was doing something similar to this high school kid.

And this was tweeted again last night.

"@AlexKennedyNBA: Five-star prospect Jahlil Okafor told a great story about "dominating" Enes Kanter when the two played last summer: https://t.co/QxE9F6tlyG"

Actually not that impressed. A 6'11" kid that doesn't seem explosive and soft and plays with finess. Also doesn't seem to have a vertical in game. A highlight list of open dunks.

When did this thread become about Jefferson?

Come on. Who plays hardcore one on one against a High School Softie? Only guys with a big ego like Bryant.

Kanter would kick this kid's butt.

Do you guys remember Kanter in High-School? Guys said he would be Boozer on defense from the video they saw. Kanter was so dominant on the boards and on offense, he kind of refused to play defense because it was not needed against weaker competition. But now, he is a pretty good defender.

This guy will never be something special like Kanter in future, imo.
