East is SO bad. Every team in the East has an inflated record because of how bad that conference is from top to bottom. SO bad.

There could be another scenario here where 4 teams tie at 48 wins. The Jazz would get the 3 seed due to conference record. Blazers would get the 4 seed. Then 5 and 6 would depend upon which team between SAS and NOLA win their matchup. That would put the Thunder either 5th or 6th.

To have this happen, the Blazers would need to lose out.
