Jazz 2017/18 Playoff Bus! All Aboard!

So in other words, anytime you see two colors that could potentially be associated with the Jazz, regardless of the order and regardless of whether their are some other non-Jazz colors mixed in you see it as a positive omen. Very well. I like!
When I was growing up, orange was my favorite color. I had an orange rug and I convinced my mom to paint one of my walls orange. In high school I had a yellow car. And in college I had a different yellow car. So I guess you could say I've been preparing for this my whole life.

15 years ago, I sold an "atheist slice of bread" on eBay. No religious figures whatsoever could be seen on it.

Someone paid me $20 for the joke.
15 years ago I tried to sell a Big Mac on eBay (back when they did $0.99 Big Mac Mondays). Nobody bought it.

Bus took a wrong turn tonight.
Jazz lost. Clippers, Nuggets, Pelicans and Blazers all won.

Jazz now 2 1/2 games out of the 8th seed.

What an awful night. I’m so sad right now.

Pretty big blow, tbh. I'm an admitted playoff doubter at the moment. Still hoping, but if my life was on the line, I'd say we come in ninth. I'll be really happy to be proved wrong!

"After grabbing the rebound, Jimmy Butler pivoted and planted hard on his right foot, before collapsing to the floor in pain, holding his knee. Teammates, coaches and athletic trainers tended to him for at least three minutes before he was carried off the court by two teammates. He was unable to put any weight on the leg as he was helped to the locker room"

Sprain? ACL? MRI will tell.

Wolves 2-4 without Butler.

We really need Anthony Davis and Jokic to stop having basically the best stretches of their careers.

I really hope the schedule thing wasn’t oversold, I want days where we play tanking teams and the teams we are fighting against just play against eachother/Warriors and Rockets every time.

Pelicans aren’t great but AD>>>any player on every team fighting for the playoffs at the bottom with us.

Nuggets might not be going anywhere. Probably only going to get better.

For what? Biting the pillow?

"NEWS: An MRI taken this afternoon on #Twolves forward Jimmy Butler's right knee revealed a meniscal injury. Further updates as to Butler's progress will be issued when more information becomes available."

He'll miss weeks or months depending on the severity. Huge loss for the Wolves, they've got 2 good defenders, now down to 1.

Love Jimmy and sad to see him go down but this definitely bodes well for some more potential losses for the Wolves and gives the Jazz another opportunity to climb the ladder. I'm personally hoping for a 3-6 match-up with them.

well, I think Jimmy is out until the 1st round of the playoffs, unless the wolves now manage to go down the *****er. I doubt that will happen because they still play solid ball and have a solid roster.

Jazz really have to go on another rampage again. Like 23 in a row would suffice the way things are going with the other teams.

Here are the updated records we need to overtake each team if they continue at their current pace. Not much different than before today's games, but I need to update this because we all must do our part:

Team wins losses winning%
Rockets 34 (-10) 141.67%
Warriors 33 (-9) 137.50%
Spurs 19 5 79.17%
Wolves 18 6 75.00%
Thunder 16 8 66.67%
TBlazers 16 8 66.67%
Nuggets 15 9 62.50%
Pelicans 15 9 62.50%
Clippers 14 10 58.33%
The last few days haven't been good for the Jazz, but the odds are still strongly in our favor. Here is an update of the record the Jazz need to overtake each team if they continue winning at their current percentages:

Warriors 33 ( -10) 143.48%
Spurs 18 5 78.26%
Wolves 18 5 78.26%
Thunder 17 6 73.91%
TBlazers 17 6 73.91%
Nuggets 16 7 69.57%
