What's new

Jazz acquire NAW and Juancho Hernangomez for Ingles, Hughes, and two 2nd round picks.

For Joe so loved the team that he gave his only year on his contract left, that whosoever trades him shall not have second rounders but shall have everlasting money.

there is still hope to land giannis! go Danny go!
Daniel Ray Ainge is a man of uncommonly stubborn and taciturn nature. I know not his underlying philosophical values. Exception: He loves, dearly, entwined in his heart, asking for everything when exchanging players with other teams. He gives not equal value. This can be fortuitous for our Jazz, but such trades are seldom consummated, unless one party is Brooklyn.

Just to revisit this topic because clearly I'm still confused...

Feb 8 - Satoransky is traded from NO to Portland with 7 players and a pick exchanged - (aggregate?)
Feb 9 - Satoransky is traded from Portland to San Antonio as part of a 3 team trade with 5 players and 2 picks exchanged (aggregate again?)

Maybe I'm dumb as a rock, but I'm still trying to understand why Juancho not being able to traded the next day is different than Satoransky.

He didn’t get combined with any salary he went to San Antonio by himself.
