Jazz are emerging as serious threats to sign Bojan Bogdanovic

Don't whine at me. The FO wants him. I'm gonna support their decision. I'm not being ridiculous like that JAZZ Exum homer, but I'm crossing my fingers.

Let me be clear, first off, I’m not whining.
Secondly, what’s the point of continued discussion when it’s clear nothing is persuading the other of one’s opinion or adding further enlightenment to the discussion?

You have hope for Exum. Cool.

**** that.

That would be a horrible move for the Jazz.

Wut?

Bojan’s TS% is about 61% over the last three years. His 3 pt. % is high as **** too. He’s gonna hit around 85% from the line. He rebounds decently. He can pass the ball. Dribble. Legitimately score—which we desperately need by the way.

I mean, lineup with Crowder were better than with Faves. That should tell you a lot.

I think the entire point of this is Utah needs a backup plan for Exum based upon history. But we still have the hopeshot Exum will be healthy. But that's what it is. A hopeshot.

If Bojan happens, I like these big man targets who are probably above minimum:

Ed Davis
Jamychal Green
Tolliver
Faried
Taj Gibson
Nene

As for minimum guys, I'd look at:

Noah
Udoh
Dudley

I agree 100%. My whining comment was stupid and I erased it before this/your post. Sorry about that.

We will wait and see on Exum. FO probably doesn't want to sell low or negative at this point. I don't blame them. Kid needs to put up this season.

I’m not sure how much we’d want Bojan at the 4. I like his game and part of me just says eff it... get him and figure the fit out later but I’d be a little concerned about defense/rebounding in particular.

I like him and think if you can get him you go for it. Maybe start Ingles but then give the quick hook for Royce who has more size and is a better rebounder.

Can someone verify this for me? I thought Exum's deal was fully guaranteed. When checking some sites, I'm seeing 20/21 as non-guaranteed? If so, dude may have value as an expiring.

Horford developing a 3 point shot, Paul outlasting Deron as a player (most though Deron would last longer because of his frame), Utah finding a rookie to replace an all-star, Joe Ingles proving worthy of a 13m per year contract, Royce developing into a valued 3D guy.

Doesn't happen a lot in truth, but sometimes new things do happen. Players can develop new skills well enough to become a weapon, developments take unexpected turns, teams able to pull a miracle out of their butts. It happens, but not a lot.

Who the hell thought Deron would last longer because of his frame? He was a fat ****.

How much of his mediocre rebounding numbers are due to primarily playing on the perimeter and having Sabine’s/Young/Turner around him?

Also I think he has better size than Royce and Ingles.

I agree. I have no issues whatsoever with using Bojan, Ingles and Royce as our primary 4's this season. We have the beast at center.

His career rebounding numbers are meh... so zero percent has to do with the other guys.

Royce has the best size of any of those guys to play the 4.

There is also potential for a double sign and trade that leaves us with our full MLE and BAE. Dan Clayton broke it down. We’d have to send Favs to Sacramento and roll the Conley deal into this trade... would have Ricky going to Indy and Bojan to Utah.

I doubt Indiana would play nice as I think they’d really like to keep Bojan but who knows. We could really help our depth issues if it worked out like that.
