What's new

JAZZ at BUCKS. 8.00 PM EST.

Maybe. But I'd also seriously consider trading pretty much all of our best assets (not including Gobert, Favors, Hayward, Exum & the upcoming tank'd draft pick) to land that skinny, overhyped bitch.

Gobert, Favors, Antetokounmpo, Hayward and Exum as the starting lineup with Booker, Burks, 2015 1st round pick and Hood off the bench. . . That's a helluva fun team IMO. Need shooters to fill it out, but that's a fun team.

So you are not willing to trade any of our best assets.

Pounded 300 each on some player props tonight with Faves out (actually did O24.5 for his pts/reb but that will be canceled).

O17.5 pts for Hayward
O18.5 pts/*** for Burke
O14.5 pts Kanter

I worry off a B2B that we're flat and put up just 79 points or something but I'm not too concerned. No Burks and no Favors means there's a ton more shots to go around. No Hood too I presume.

During the injury report in the game last night they said Hood will be re-evaluated after the All-Star break. So I wouldn't expect him back before that.

I'll be watching to see if Quin has Gobert step out to guard Zaza. He is really killing it as a mid range shooter and has helped Milwaukee since Sanders went loco again.

I'm not willing to break up who I see as the Jazz core group moving forward. The only comparable piece I can think of in trades for All Star caliber players are Wiggins for Love and maybe Favors for D-Will. Maybe, maybe Vicuvek for Howard. But I think that's really projecting. Philly actually gave away more, IMO, than L. A. did to get Howard. Harden cost spare parts and a lucky draft pick (that slightly salvaged it for OKC.) I'd give the rights to Kanter, Burke and a slew of draft picks. He's still growing, and his ceiling is unreal. . . but he might never reach that. I think a package similar to Harden's young player w/ potential and two firsts is about right.

Go Jazz!! Looking for a bounce back game from Rudy. Especially if Favors is out.

Considering the stat line that Kanter put up in the last game, I'd kind of like to see Rudy try to shoot the ball a little bit. I know he's working on his offense (guy like that is always working on something) and I'd like to see him test himself on that end. If he develops a consistent and confident shot, defenders won't just be able to sag off of him.

Burke is going to come off the bench tonight.... Exum is starting.

Hmmmm...

Very interesting. Does this mean we are shopping kanter? Cuase kanter his Quinn's starter but burke isn't? I wonder if they want to get a look at Exum, kanter, Gobert starting.

So I'm trying to gather the logic offensively. Gobert- not a scorer. Kanter- Ball hog. Ingles- 12th man quality. Hayward- Good overall player. Exum- Spinless wuss. This is going to be really fun to watch.

speaking of which, airballs in the rockets warriors game yesterday, league wide i've never seen so many airballs as this year
