What's new

JAZZ at BUCKS. 8.00 PM EST.

Guys, did you know that this game was one of few broadcast in Australia (per Bucks forums)? Maybe it partly explains why Exum played with more aggression than usual?

The kid is absolutely tragic in driving to the rim for a layup, teardrop, whatever. It's the ugliest **** I've ever seen.

i like the fact he tried to go for a layup and a floater today. sure they were ugly, but at least he's trying. hard to get any sort of feel for these shots when you're doing it for the first time in games ever. he'll get it after a few more tries

Whoa, foul or travel?

100% travel without a doubt.

Maxing Kanter? Who the hell thinks we're doing that?

How many people thought that Hayward would get maxed? And bigs get paid if they show even a little bit of potential. Kanter is getting paid one way or another. Maybe not a max, but it's going to be a pretty big contract. The Jazz either match it or let him walk.

I wonder if we'll go with Exum closing the game, should be interesting

damn near cost us the game. rookie mistake. how did he get caught ball watching on that last possession???

he'll get there. he would've been crucified if knight made that shot though

Let's pray for the latter then. Kanter getting the max makes him completely untradable and practically guarantees he remains a full-time starter for the foreseeable future.

This was a great win. Kind of amazed Kidd has the Bucks with a better record than the Nets after what the Bucks looked like last season.

Exum looked good. An awesome win considering we had 22 turnovers.

I have no idea what he will get. It could be a big one, or he could be looking at a Greg Monroe situation where no one is offering him what he wants.

Really think it was more of addressing a need for bench scoring than it was demoting Burke, if I had to guess.
With Favors out for personal reasons, Burks and Hood were both hurt. . . and yet Quin started Exum over Burke and only had 3 guys available on the bench - Booker, Burke and Sap. 8 man lineup and everyone else was DNP - coach's decision. I don't know if there's something more to it or not, but it was odd. . . and effective.

Quinn thought Exum would do better with not being the primary ball handler (w/ Hayward and ingles). He also wanted his defense in the starting lineup. He told Exum to just be aggressive as well. Exum was quoted saying something of the same about being more aggressive too.
