Hayward playing some great individual defense on Gay. More Utah perimeter players need to play like him on defense. Just get up into your man and be strong. Go for the ball enough to keep the offense honest, don't bite on pump fakes, and fight through screens.

his mechanics look too good for his % to stay that low

i've seen him few times. he just looks confused out there. and nobody passes to him. and it's all about confidence for him. i think he will always be a good shooter in this league. his problem is defense. if you think trey's D is bad, watch staus. it's pretty damn awful.
