Dear God. Please let us win this one, so we can laugh at Clutch fans' meltdown together. Trade it for one of our easier games, like Detroit or some ****.
 
Dan Tony says they will start Eric Gordon if Anderson can't play, so we might have James Harden guarding our PF? Seems like a super weird choice. I'd start Boris Diaw in that case and let him go to work in the post until they switch Ariza on to him.

I want this win so, so, so badly.

Right up there with games against the Spurs. Them + Warriors complete the unholy trifecta for me.

I'd much rather start Diaw and force them to double. Diaw has some of the best post moves in the league when guarded by smaller dudes. He would eat Harden alive, either forcing double teams, fouls, or buckets. The X factor is if George Hill plays. If he does, they can't reliably double off any of our shooters to help Harden in the post. Our offense should be unstoppable if we hit our open shots and just move the ball to find Diaw posted against Harden. If Dante plays then they could just double off Dante, probably with Gordon or Beverly playing free safety off him.

On the other end Diaw can guard Ariza. It might turn out ugly, but Ariza is having a subpar shooting year (in the midst of a huge shooting slump) and he isnt a big threat to put the ball on the floor and do much.

Also burks hasn't had a big game in a while. Rockets D might be just what he needs to get going.
 
Jazz really need this win tonight. Tie breaker and pull within 3 of the Rockets. Huge game.

I'll remind you of @ Spurs, @ Hawks and a winning road record. Jazz can absolutely win this.

We get some of her shows here in NZ. It's not a primetime show though more of a daytime thing. I suspect people watch the show more because of her than the food.

I think Hayward has a big game. I think he has been noticeably taking it easy these last few games, saving his energy for this game.
 
Also, it's sad this game isn't on ESPN when it's in the 7pm central time slot, same as tonight's ESPN matchup: Pistons vs Pacers.
 
Update: JJ will play, Hill will not

Dante probably has to have his best game of his career for us to win.
 
JJ allows us to switch on defense and he can post up their 1-4 pretty well.

Diaw can't guard Harden at all so this is much better. JJ can post up smaller guys just as well as Diaw.
