Mike Conley isn't impressive at anything yet. He's not running the offense, his shooting is baffling, turning the ball over. Against Chris Paul he got worked pretty bad and tonight he's done nada. Preseason and the first game and a half has me legit worried.

You basically have a player of Trey Burke's size and athleticism on the wrong side of 30 now. He has to be a total system player to be effective. He needs to know exactly where his teammates are going to be, he needs good screens set. I expect him to improve alot as the games go on, but in no way shape or form will he ever be worth close to 34m a year for us.
