jazz management should have ask themselves 'did I do that'?

Jazz must be kicking themselves not drafting Cj Mccollum, they thought they got the steal by drafting trey burke, turned out that Cj Mccollum was the real steal, he plays sg when Lillard is on the floor, pg when Lillard isn't on the floor.

Plus, it isn't just me that thinks Cj Mccollum looks like Jaleel White who plays Steve Urkel.. Jazz could use some entertainment in the locker room by Cj Mccollum impersonating Jaleel White.

At the end, it is the Jazz management who should have asked 'did I do that'? Yes, Dennis Lindsey you did! why did u draft Trey Bust instead of Cj Mccollum????

Don't be a dumb *** as pretty much everyone was so excited to get Burke on this board.

God-mode shooters/ballhandlers are the most valuable player in (modern) basketball. The only point of conversation of Schroeder/Giannis vs McCollum is the assets required to acquire those players in hindsight.

That being said, Burke seemed like a pretty sure thing to most fans and we were wrong. I'm not going to punish Lindsey for drafting a steely, SOPHOMORE Player of the Year at the position of most need.

So many other teams missed on hood and gobert. Missing on one player sucks. Drafting two steals in the draft is awesome.

Let's see how Exum compares to people drafted below him and judge lindsay more fully on his high draft pick record. We all know he can't miss on picks in low lottery to late first round.

You are my favorite poster.

I called this one right. Thought Trey was likely a backup with upside as an average starter & liked CJ as a Lehigh alum/ homer. My knowledge of college hoops and draftee potential is poor, so I freely admit that my call was pure luck.

Also pretty cool to see a top backcourt led by 2 players from lower-tier basketball universities.

Exum was the correct pick no matter what happens in the future since he was the draftee with the most potential.

We are not Los Angeles or [insert any other big city]. In order to win a championship, we have to swing for the fences and that's what we did when we drafted Exum.

Probably right.

Why don't we make threads like this but like the opposite where we laugh because we drafted Rodney Hood at #23 and stole Rudy Gobert from a division rival for a second round pick.

I give DL a pass on that pick, mostly because he stole Gobert at 27 in that draft.
