well for one, Hayward is off and the team doesn't seem to react well to that. Happened last game too.

There is no way that "lost" the team. Rudy just signed a huge extension to stay with Utah, he likes Snyder. I think the team is onboard with Quin, I just think the mental fatigue of the injuries and losing streak is crushing them.
