That's kind of it, though. Last year was so fun, even though I knew we wouldn't beat GSW. I really learned to appreciate the team for what we were. That first round victory was so much fun. It didn't even matter much that we lost in round 2. But now, ugh.

What happened to make Mitchell go from 17 points in the first half...to bring up the ball and deferring it Rubio in the 2nd half.. I felt we started going down hill when Mitchell seemed to stop having the freedom to do as he did in the first half

I’m hoping that Rubio being out of the starting lineup for a bit will allow Mitchell and Hood to lock in the starting 1/2 jobs for the rest of the year. If nothing else, I’d be interested (again) in seeing how Gobert, Favors, Jingles and Hood all do with Donovan running point instead of Rubio.
