****ing ALL DAY with this ****.Two step deal...
Utah out - Bogey/30
Utah In - Nance/Holiday/#13
Indiana out - Lamb/Justin Holiday/#13
Indiana in - Bojan/30
Cleveland out: Nance
Cleveland in: Lamb
Follow up deal:
Favs/13 to NY for 21/32 - they absorb him with space.
Might have to make it a mega 4 team trade and send 32 to Cleveland.... but I like when we rip people off better and the report was they wanted expiring salary for Nance.
If it happens here is what I imagine... Joe goes to Ryan and says "hey mate... I'm not as into the basketball thing as I used to be... you should trade me now to get value and I will go and really mail it in then bounce to Australia. All I ask is that you make my statue a little bigger than those other guys... and that when you retire my number it is when Gordon Hayward comes in to town to play"If Ingles is traded, then we need to hear the story of what spoiled between him and the organization. There’s no way we just trade him without something extra having happened.
Boegy and 30 won't get you that much. Two step deal...

That’d produce a serious concern about ownershipCould be something's happened or it could just be the new owner doesn't understand or care about Joes impact on the franchise and wants to trade him.

I would tend to agree... this was a trade proposed by a Pacers writer at one point... they keep saying they want an established player instead of 13... with Carlisle coming in having a no nonsense guy like Bojan could be appealing. They also might watch McBuckets leave in FA.Think that's really tough for IND. I don't think Lamb+Holiday is worth much less than Bogdanvic. Add in the pick swap and it's a pretty uneven deal IMO.
Hahahahaha...
If Lopo and oneye agreed, that's a good idea. This, this I could go for.
I think they probably asked for JC and the Jazz offered Ingles or Bogey.I actually think they probably went after Ingles. All their fans think that anyways. I don't actually believe that the Jazz are shopping Ingles, but it would make sense that he's the one teams want the most.
I just don't know the step that takes him from where he is to something better. I think he just is what he is. I doubt he has a big jump in shooting or becomes a plus defender at this point. I'm not even sure he can maintain his prior year performance in those areas. It wouldn't be crazy for him to improve but it wouldn't be likely imo.Kuzma razzing aside, I think the guy could have a JC-like career. I just think he needs the right support and system.
It could be something as simple as not wanting to play under Lebron and an org that acquiesces to his every desire. Him and DM are tight.I just don't know the step that takes him from where he is to something better. I think he just is what he is. JC adjusted his shot profile to make him an efficient volume scorer. I don't know if Kuz has that low hanging fruit.
Luckily, Conley will be injured most of the year anyway so someone can start.Speaking of JC and Kuzma, I think they would be a horrible fit together off the bench. I hope we don't trade for him.
Hopefully we could swipe McDaniels from them if it is a straight dump because their seconds this year are 56/57. We would get a trade exception at least... not that we'd use it.A little discussion on Favors to the Hornets making sense:

How the Charlotte Hornets should react to two recent NBA trade rumors
One trade is a realistic possibility, while the other is nothing but a fantasy for the Hornetswww.atthehive.com
"Before getting into the juicy, fantasy trade the Hornets could pull off, it’s important to acknowledge the more realistic trade. According to Fischer, the Utah Jazz are looking to attach pick #30 to Derrick Favors in order to get off of his salary. Favors is under contract for one more season, with a player option the year after that. His contract is worth around $10 million both years.
It’s no secret that the Charlotte Hornets need centers. While Favors likely shouldn’t be their starter, he would be a fine backup for the hornets. Last season, he averaged 5.4 points and 5.5 rebounds while shooting 63.8% from the field. However, he only played 15.3 minutes per game.
Realistically, Favors just didn’t fit what the Jazz were trying to do last year. Rudy Gobert was an exception since he was the Defensive Player of the Year, but Utah’s goal was to shoot as many threes as possible. That’s not Favors’ game. A change of scenery could help propel him back into being the quality center that he once was.
Since the Jazz are simply looking to dump salary, the Hornets could realistically only trade a second young pick in exchange for Favors and #30. This would also allow them to add another promising rookie from this year’s draft class. Some outlets have players such as Day’Ron Sharpe, JT Thor, and Josh Christopher falling that far."
