Jazz players at the World Cup

Exum might have pulled a hammy, or he is faking an injury due to embarrassment for missing a wide open layup.

Anyone saw what happened? I looked away for a second and missed it.

If it's anything, it's a hamstring injury, I would think. He just went up to dunk and he didn't get all the way up, fell down awkwardly. He might just have dead legs, knowing Exum's current conditioning level.

Well up to that point Exum seems to have helped the team come from a 10 point deficit to leading by 1.

Exum hasn't actually done anything but it seems like his presence on the floor somehow lifts the overall performance of the team.

He tried to dunk it, but didn't jump high enough... it seems like he hurt himself on the landing... or was a case of embarrassment rather than being hurt. He seemed OK on the way to the bench.

Exum hardly did anything for the comeback other than missing a wide open layup.

He is really far away from being able to contribute in the NBA consistently. Too weak and his handle sucks (or his speed is overrated because he isn't getting to the rim vs. inferior athletic competition, from what I saw).

This. 1000x's this. If you expect anything more than 15 mins a night from him this year, you will be sorely disappointed.

Sounds like UGLI is in better shape than Exum. This worries me because the kid has no motor at 19.

LOL! I would pay to see what you guys would have said during the Stockton/Malone era.

"Stockton isn't quick enough to play point guard"

"Stockton is too short for his position"

"Malone plays no defense"

"Malone fades during crunch time"

So ****ing negative all the time, it gets annoying.

Aussies will lose all their games. Calling it.

Every player on their team is sub-par to awful on defense. Not even sure there is an above average athlete on the opposing team, but they are getting to the rack or getting open shots at will.

Considering they just beat Finland 100-95, this is a great prediction.

The Jazz are going to play him 20 minutes a night at the very least. Not like we are trying to win anything. What good would it do to let him rot on the bench in a year clearly set up for development?
