Jazz Playoff Watch

I'm not convinced the Suns are going to beat the Spurs on Wednesday even if the Suns beat us tomorrow. The Spurs need another win to secure the #1 seed in the west, and they're probably not going to take that game off.

If the Suns beat us, the Spurs will have their choice of who they want to play. They can throw the game and lose to the Spurs (if they rest their starters, they will lose to the Suns).

Suns have already beaten us at home. It helps that Frye is injured but there are no guarantees in sports.
I was just looking up the history for a blog post and it's worse than that. The Suns have beaten the Jazz 7 straight, including 4 in a row in Utah. Last time the Suns lost in SLC was January 25, 2010. Apparently they didn't get the memo that the ESA is a tough place to play.

Fixed.

Overconfidence is risky. If I were the Suns and Frye is out I would put Gortat and Lopez out on the floor at the same time a lot. Their backup PFs are pretty horrible.

No way. Markieff Morris. The Suns offense is based on spreading the floor with a stretch 4. That is how Nash dominates, with a spread court.

A guard would have to light us up for the Suns to win......like Shannon Brown or some guy we've never heard of. Not too likely.
