I would trade everyone outside of Hayward/Gobert. Exum, Hood, Lyles + lots of draft picks might do the trick.
A combo of Hayward/Porzingis/Gobert would be legit. Then surround yourself with quality vets.

I like Gallinari, but he's a poor man's Hayward. I don't see how they play togethor.

If KP is on the trade block, we should definitely try! Favors, Hood, Burks, Lyles, Dante, 1st rd draft picks are all the assets we could use. Hell, even throw in the Jazz bear while were at it. lol

Phil Jackson would want too many assets, like everything including the jazz bear. We'd have an easier time moving up into the lottery to get someone like Malik Monk.

That's KP and Noah (awful contract) for Favors (expiring) and Diaw (non-guaranteed). That's the base. We then add #24, #30, OKC 2018, and two of these: Lyles, Exum, Hood.
That's really the best we can do unless NY wants us to take Courtney Lee too.
