Its stupid how the Pistons use Johnson. The guy can score the ball. But Gundy has made it clear to him he isn't out there to score. He better pass the ball and just play defense. Its retarded.

Stanley Johnson’s formula for success is simple: play defense, rebound and take good shots.
But getting him to follow that formula at all times can be difficult, according to Detroit Pistons coach Stan Van Gundy
On 2nd thought, it would be dumb to pick him up. The Jazz would just use him the same way. I maintain he is a good player. He just needs off the Pistons. Their offense is awful.

Your name should really be Lazythinker. Its so much easier to just call someone a troll rather than actually know what's going on.
Thanks for pasting your main point. I didn't wanna read that whole article.
You can't even argue semantics properly. Nowhere in that quote does it say he should shoot or score less. It says to take good shots.
for the OP maybe Johnson was being auditioned tonight. He is averaging 15 min a game this season and tonight he played 26.
Agree. So over this Exum bashing. How about... Oh I don't know, letting Exum fully recover first before writing him off. Anyone giving up on him obviously has no idea about ACL injuries. The dude is literally breaking out in acne he's still that young.
That would be a solid argument if we talking about someone who is good. Exum is not good.
I wouldn't say that. I'd take offers for Mack, Burks and Withey. It is pointless to trade any player on the roster at this point.
LOL. Give up on Exum but lets trade for a far worse player with less upside. Brilliant.Still think this is a good idea. He is just wasting away on the bench.
The Spurs were inquiring about him not that long ago too. That's a good sign.
