Relax everyone he's taking Tinsley's old spot as bench warmer. Let's hope he's good at cheering on his new teammates, because if not for any more injuries to pg's or blowouts he will just keep a seat warm.
I've been out of the loop. What did he do to deserve bad karma and what is the bad karma?
He COULD take SG spot too...I think he's a shoot first PG.
We only have 3 wings: Hayward, Burks, Carrolle.
I don't know the particulars but he had a public spat with Coach over what was perceived to be playing time, despite the fact that the man he was losing minutes to was playing better and helping the team.
eh, that's a totally overblown version. he didn't have a "spat" with anybody. he came back from injury, thought he was ready to return to his regular minutes before the coaching staff thought he was, and then like 2 games later he was fine and back to being the regular backup PG. it was not a big deal at all, nobody felt slighted or questioned or distracted.
Not bad news, but I'm confused. I'll chalk this up to the Gerald Green/Greg Stiemsma affect.
It makes a lot more sense if this is about Watson's injury. I hadn't thought about that. I am intrigued.
I guess CJ's MRI results wasn't so good then?
ha ha Ahearn! I used to watch this guy play for the Erie Bayhawks before I moved out to the west coast. He and Gansey were our best players - both shot threes all day long. Ahearn scored in bunches and hustled, but he never struck me as a good defender....
