I could give up red meat if I had to.. I think. I grilled enough steaks in my life that I just don't crave it anymore. Still like a great burger, occasionally.. but I usually prefer fish (shell fish, mainly) and chicken.

Pork would probably be the easiest to give up, but the whole not being able to eat bacon thing would really ruin the breakfast part of my life, which is probably the favorite part of my life.

A good quality turkey bacon from a butcher tastes and smells pretty good IMO. Cant compare it to the real thing obvs

Agree. Love bacon or sausage with my breakfast. I'm down to only having one or the other a couple of times a week, and those are the mornings I really look forward to. Seriously, is there anything better than waking up in the morning to the smell of bacon cooking? And add to that the sound of it sizzling. I think that's the real reason men wake up aroused!

Love turkey bacon, the problem is that you just can't cook with it. Bacon fat is one of the best cooking tools.

French toast, poached eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits'n'gravy, hasbrowns, fried eggs, more hasbrowns, mishmash, toast, more hasbrowns...
