Abdur-Rahim isn't an outlier. He was a 20 and 8 player that was an All-Star. Yet only managed to get to the playoffs once very late on his career. Finding great players that played a lot of mins is easy. They were great players from the get go. But playing a lot doesn't guarantee that they will be great. That was my point.

Oh, I thought you were referencing the fact that he regressed and eventually retired relatively early due to injury. My bad.
