What's new

Jazz @ Suns October 25th 8pm Mountain Time

at least rudy was nice...... that free throw line jumper was dope.

i wish burks played today. bench couldn't ****ing score. pretty sure he would've scored

Well we got a 4 game home stretch now. We are undefeated at home and have looked pretty good besides the first half of the first game at home. Time to get back above .500 and right this ship.

It'll be interesting to see if this team can actually make use of Rubio. He made plenty of sense with Haywood on the floor, but without other shooters, I just don't know.

Rudy doesn't seem to be playing with much consistency. Favors looks disinterested. Ingles apparently still recovering from that illness. Hood played decent.

The turnovers. Good heavens the turnovers. Our strategy of avoiding offensive rebounds also makes me wonder.

You want to feel even worse after this game, compare how many points the previous 4 Suns opponents scored to the Jazz tonight.

I swear a week ago there where takes like "Is this team better than last year's?" and "this is the most fun Jazz team ever". Now we got the burn it all down and tank takes coming in.

Lets see what they look like against the Lakers. In the big picture, however, the Jazz may make the playoffs and win 2 - 4 PO games, but they should really do a roster reset.

Get rid of Favors and Burks as soon as someone will give us a McDonalds milkshake for them.

That's how this forum has always been.

If the Jazz win, they're going to win the championship.
If they lose, trade half the team.

The pick and roll shuffle off that Rubio/Favors/Gobert does seems to be a point of weakness that was exposed by Phoenix. Basic concept of packing the paint and the roaming help D watching the passing lanes is what led to these turnovers- that is, if Rubio or Ruby/Favors didn't just dump it off to a player on the opposite team with 6 bodies around them in the paint.

Funny how contrastly bad things just got after watching the first two games. The Jazz just opened a "This team made it to the second round, so there are teams you SHOULD win against" Take a look at last year, and we were winning games against teams we were supposed to be winning against.

Well, I guess that our answer was given tonight in terms of their capability in that theory

Surprised by Rudy's stat line. I thought he still looked a bit off out there.

And an obligatory **** TJ Warren

I'm just happy that we have Donovan Mitchell. He's our only hope for a dominant scorer. His speed... my god. He's going to make or break this team.

Hood has been a 20 ppg scorer on efficiency in the two games where he has actually gotten minutes.

We've got talent. It's going to take time, evidently, to make it gel. But we've seen both flaws and flashes.
