...hey, check this out from ESPN!

...seems like the Bull's are going to adapt the Jazz "system" and bring a 7th. NBA title to Chicago! My favorite line in this article? "In the flex, each player on the floor is a screener and a screenee, a passer and a cutter, a guy who can make plays in a variety of ways by instantaneously reading the defense. Ballstoppers and early-shot-clock freelancers need not apply."

And the Jazz "system" has brought how many championships to Utah?

Let's also hope Chicago employs the irrational substitution patterns and non-accountability on defense. That's also an integral part of Jerry's "system."
But if they really want to be like Utah, just have Carlos sit behind the bench in a $1,000 suit for a 1/3 of their games.

Sloan is a big reason as to why the flex works for us. So is Deron. Unfortunately, they don't have either of those guys.

Brewer learn how to shoot
Boozer learn how to play without getting hurt
Boozer learn how to play D
Boozer Grow in size
Korver not run away from people running at him.

Sure the bulls will win

I bet boozer missing half the season.

This might be the worst article I've ever read. You can't incorporate a Jerry Sloan offense without a Jerry Sloan type point guard and whiles you have a rookie coach. The offense came from years of experience on Sloan's part.

- Watch his system, watch how the wings run the basketball court underneath and across to create lanes for the elbow Jump shot and the slashing layups
- Watch when the ball is thrown in the post , watch how the wing screens for the guy at the top of the key to make the defense make a decision or force an action

The offense is to complex to run without an experienced coach. If you want to run a sloan offense you have to have Jerry Sloan coaching your point guard he develops them in his system and teaches them exactly how to run pick and roll , run the offense and set screens and such.

That's my opinion. The Sloan system isn't something you can just copy and think it'll be effective, every little cut we run throughout the game is scripted into the offense.

The Chicago Jazz can never mimick the Utah offense without the things that make up Utah's core.

Plus, we all know that Korver, Boozer, and Brewer aren't the most intelligent players of all time.

No chance, you need an elite passing PG and Derrick Rose is not that. I believe the system would fail for them.

1000 dollar suit? Are you kidding?

Jazz fans should view all of this "copycatting" by the Bulls as a compliment. You don't see teams looking to emulate the Clippers do you?

If Sloan could coach either team, which starting roster would you guys rather have??

1) DWill / Bell / CJ / Millsap / Jefferson
or
2) Rose / Brewer / Deng / Boozer / Noah

When asked about the keys to his success, Sloan has said he's just been lucky enough to have intelligent point guards who knew more about basketball than he did. I don't think he'd be gittin that in Rose, eh?
