they're more complicated with their buyouts, being euros and not first round draftees this year, etc. DL wants to have contracts be team favorable, with us having control if they play good, and options to cut them/trade them in future years when needed, which means they need to sweeten it for the other side somehow. Etc. Can't wait to know the details.
