THANK YOU GREAT FIND! I've been looking for this game forever - IIRC Jazz were down by 24 pts and rallied to win and complete a season sweep of the Bulls which gave them homecourt throughout the playoffs since they finished tied for the best record. Guess I'll be stayin up a little longer tonight...

And back then, a 24 point lead meant something.

I haven't watched this full game, ever -- I saw the last few minutes back in 98.

I'm very interested in watching ChiBulls' spacing defensively; the Finals turned after they switched to a modified zone, and I don't know if they could have won without it.

I rewatched it last night and you could see early on when Chicago built their lead they were zoning Utah's screen-roll and cross-sceen action (that's why Sloan was got his first technical) and it completely took us out of our offense to the point we were going 1-on-1 and just chucking jumpers.

Overall, just great to see Malone going head-to-head w/Jordan every time Utah needed a big basket. Our defensive rotations were a thing of beauty as well. That was the one season where we legitimately believed we were better than the Bulls. Ah what might have been...
 
I'm working on getting the playoff games up that I said I would when this all started in the summer. I ran into a problem with them because they were mostly MKV format, which Tube doesn't accept, and I couldn't get Vegas to open the files either.

Think I finally found a way around it. Starting with Game 1 Round 2 2010.
