Jazz VS Dallas Game Thread - WE WON!!!!!!

Well, I watched it frame by frame. When he initially makes contact the ball appears to be just off the cylinder and his follow through pushes the ball over the cylinder. I like the call they made. It really was an amazing play by Parsons and if it was Hayward blocking a Mavs player in the same situation, I would feel cheated if it was ruled a goal-tend.

Yeah, but screw Parsons!

Man I wish Exum was healthy playing with the core.

I take comfort in the fact that Neto has proven to be a legitimate NBA player in his absence. Makes the depth that much better when Exum is back up to full speed. Bigger, faster, stronger, smarter. Hopefully he's been working on his shot during rehab.

How do I rep Rick Carlisle? He had some nice things to say about the Jazz.

The defense is legit. If the offense comes around. . .

they showed a replay during the game from directly above.(which of course is the only angle that could be truly conclusive). I swear to god it is clearly in the cylinder. I could be wrong but that's what I remember.

I only caught the end of the game but the box score suggest Lyles played well?

Yes, he's quick on his feet. Nice counter to Favs. Now we just need to replace Booker with a guy who's 6'10" and can defend. Wonder whly QS doesn't use Withey behind Gobert. Booker and Lyles doesn't give Utah much as a tandem.

Neto adds nothing to our depth. He works well with the first unit because he's such a low usage player. He would be useless in second unit.

I don't know about that. His scoring has increased lately and he is gaining a lot more confidence.

If Neto can just a few little things to his game he will be a useful backup. If he could grow 3 inches too that'd really help his defending jumpshots too

Those wins at home against meh teams were nice, but we needed a big signature win. Tonight we got it. Hayward came through in hostile territory against a team
we want to pass. Kudos. I knock when its called for, and praise when its deserved. Hood - what a nice player we got. How did so many teams pass up on him?

Hayward's first bucket of the night was that same step back shot, a little closer, at the 3:57 mark of the first quarter, over Parsons.

This is Quinn's signature win of his career so far. The jazz haven't been able to win in Dallas in ages.

lol. Okay.

lol. Touche.

In all seriousness Jazz showed me something tonight. What a game. We can't afford to have a letdown vs. NOP tomorrow though.

Also Chris Johnson really stepped up tonight with his defense and his hustle. He's hustling trying to prove he's an NBA player. Did a great job tonight.
