A few game notes I've heard or read. Josh Smith is playing for Maccabi and wants to make an NBA return. Dmitch is doubtful with a hamstring (I think) injury. Maccabi has a lot of NBA players play for them including Andrew Goudelock, Joe Ingles, Dragan Bender, Jordan Farmar, Jeremy Pargo, Carlos Arroyo, Will Bynum, Omri Casspi, Beno Udrih, and Tom Chambers to name a few.

Those dudes played in the Israel League, not this team. Ingles played for Maccabi Tel Aviv. Jazz are playing against Maccabi Haifa

There are no notable players that I see who've played for Maccabi Haifa. Josh Smith is, by far, the biggest name that's played for them.

Mitchell is DOUBTFUL

Neto is QUESTIONABLE

Both with muscle tightness. They are not injured and would probably be playing in the regular season.

So does that mean we get an Exum/Burks backcourt off the bench? Should be interesting.

I would have liked to see a Rubio/Exum backcourt. See if Exum can get down the court for Rubio and Exum is a great cutter so would be nice if he and Rubio could connect on a few cuts.

Damn. Hearing other country's National Anthems just reminds me how terrible ours is. We should get a new one.

Josh Smith was Joe Johnson's number two guy in Atlanta right? (Typing this while on one knee)
