His poise and decision-making both seem way above where they should be for a 19 year old.Throwing my opinion in now... I think Collier is the steal of this draft.

Filipowski is a better passer than Collier....He’s already the best passing rookie we’ve had since…. I dunno…. I wanna say Stockton?
That pass at 3.36 to Flip was special.
Then just the simple dime to Bazely at 7.50.
Takes a certain kind of creativity and skill to orchestrate those.
Show me one better then the 3.36 mark one.Filipowski is a better passer than Collier....
They don't make highlight reels when people miss. It was a nice pass by Collier but it's not even better than the first behind the back pass Flip did in SLC SLShow me one better then the 3.36 mark one.

I like that he wants to be a PG. He has a lot of talent, but he's kind of an underwhelming passer in terms of accuracy. Maybe that's just a product of SL (not knowing teammates well, not having an offensive system to play within), but it was on display at USC as well.Collier's strengths and weaknesses on display last night.
Makes quick, mostly good decisions; moves the ball in the half court; pushes the ball off defensive rebounds; communicates and directs the team on O; competes on D.
Not a ton of explosiveness at the rim; pull-up 18-footers not a great fallback option in short shot clock situations; struggling getting around screens (not a big deal at this point).
