Jazz vs Nuggets tonight - 7PM MST - Gamethread

Kinda feels like the Jazz were tryin to rush into 2-man Hayward-Favors offense to start this 3rd quarter. Shoulda let it flow naturally, took several possessions for Lyles to even touch the ball.

I just can't believe how big a difference Gilbert makes. With him, we're a 45 win team. Without, we're the 76ers. It's amazing really.

It's so frustrating. The Jazz could have and should have blown this game wide open in the 2nd quarter, but instead they lost their focus, made dumb mistakes, laughed to themselves about them, and this is the direct result.

You'd think they'd learn after the umpteenth time this exact thing has happened this season last game, but nope. The team still doesn't get that possessions when you have a big lead are still really valuable, and still doesn't get that taking possessions off when you're ahead gives the other team momentum that is hard to take back.

Lyles has had some good defensive possessions vs Faried, he drew an offensive foul and has had some good contests. He's not the problem this game.

Locke says "Jokovic" nearly every time. He explained that "Jokovic" is one of the Nuggets young bigs, along with Lauvergne and "Nurcik" who is hurt. He's channeling Hot Rod, or something.
