Uhh, he was just handed a huge new piece at the trade deadline. Not much he can implement. That is something that is going to take an off-season to plan for.

a bench guy who can jump out of the gym, rebound extremely well for a 2 guard, and create his own shot? in a different offense, he'd look a lot less out of place, and would be more of an asset.
