Yeah, sadly Lofton played himself out of the rotation in summer league. He was one of the bigger disappointments as he showed some decent flashes last year when given the shot.

14 is the minimum. You can temporarily go down to 13 but once you do you have 2 weeks to get back up to 14.

Not sure when that was moved. Tried to google and at least one slamonline.com article from 2019 already said 14 is the minimum except for the 2 week temp period.

Oh and when I searched it some article said you can go down all the way to 11 but you still need to get back all the way to 14 within two weeks.
