What's new

Jazz @ Warriors 11-11-19

I'm sure it's been mentioned in the game thread but LOL @ D'Angelo Russell for just standing there while Conley took that heave.

I used to see him do **** like that all the time when he was with Bklyn - for all his talent he's such a knuckle head.

There was a play where bogey got a pass from gobert on the way to the hoop and a warriors player intentionally fouled him to stop the easy layup and bogey was holding his shoulder.
Why didn't bogey get free throws on that play? Wtf? He had picked up his dribble and was obviously in his shooting motion when the hard foul occurred.

I think he got fouled a number of times when he was missing shots at the rim.

Low key as in zero replays and I think zero comments about it in the gamethread. That play kinda flew under the radar in this thread (lack of posts) and in the broadcast (lack of replays and discussion by the commentators).

Also the Conley three (the buzzer beater from longer than half court) is a valid contender for play of the game too.

They definitely replayed it

In his defense that weed sure was the chronic.

Y'all:

Conley's coming together game by game which means Rudy is. The Jazz are doing as well as they have been with Gobert getting nothing but scraps and Conley being inconsistent (and awful early in the season). Look out.

Conley with 7 AST and 0 TO means he's figuring it out. We have a ways to go before we are 100% clicking which is a scary thought for the rest of the league.

Another encouraging sign last night was Rudy receiving the ball way out on the pick and roll and still getting to the net for the dunk multiple times. Since he called out the team Rudy's been super aggressive.

This is purely anecdotal, and I know it was against D-Lo, Donkey, and a bunch of cast-offs, but the Jazz were pinging the ball around the court and I know that's what I've been waiting for. That kind of ball movement only happens with comfort and of course this team had to develop that.
