Jazzfanz BAWSE Fantasy Draft

I liked the harden pick...... he is as good statistically right now (at 23 years old I think) as paul pierce at his best.

Hardens only negative is years in the league

When his career is done he will probably be ranked ahead of pierce, reggie miller, ray allen and guys like that.

Not sure I can agree with that..... Miller and Allen both were #1 options on there teams and miller knocked on the finals doors many a times!!!

Harden has only started for one year so obvious its hard to compare him with guys yet...... but as a 23 year old right now I think he is the best shooting guard in the league. (With kobe and dwade gettin old)

Honestly.... Even we say in their prime... Voters are gonna go off of how they feel about each player....

That why its risky to pick older players who were damn good, Cuz hardly anyone know how they played, while players like harden might appear to be better then Chris Mullen Cuz we all can see how Harden just tore it up!!!!

There are a lot of factors like that that come into play.

To be fair to Hottnickkk, Bynum was a very good player WHEN healthy. But that's the whole point. He only played a full season ONCE in his career and that was his second year in the league. Here is the year-by-year list of games played by Bynum: 46, 82, 35, 50, 65, 54. 60*, 0. The asterisk signifies the strike-shortened season, so let's say he played almost the entire year that season. Cross out last year and over the course of his career, he's still played in just 2/3 of all possible regular season games.

Hotttnickkk had a decent team to that point (Shaq, Garnett and Dirk). I like the Harden pick, although it will be tough to know what weight to give it. Just not enough history yet. And Kidd is a great PG. Don't count out Triple K yet.

Hotttnickkk had a decent team to that point. Let's see who he picks as a 4th big to play the 25 or so games Bynum would have missed "in his prime."

Well exactly I thought we're picking players in their prime to play a few games against each other to see who comes out on top.

On that basis Bynum in his prime to me was a monster on both ends. Not Shaq's level but he did push Kobe and Gasol over the hump.

Phil ran the offense through Bynum early and often.

Just re-read the OP.. teams were supposed to go agaist each other in a 7 game series and NOT a WHOLE SEASON.

Make up your mind bro. You keep pointing out Dwight Howards rebound leading season last year.

So you get to pick and choose the games but we don't?

That's not fair.

Yeah, it'd be pretty hard to catch Ray and Reggie. It's not out of the question, but we'll see..
