Jazzfanz BAWSE Fantasy Draft

really...... really..... dude traveled like all the time...... he was gonna be my 3rd round pick!!!

thats cool though Spy!!!!

You realize that Jordan ended up dunking on the dream in that picture. That was just the first frame. The last frame shows the dream curled up in a fetal position and crying.

Not that I need to explain my picks but...2-8 are all on the same level, imo. Very little separation. The fact that my next pick won't be for so long means I either had to take an elite big now or never. I chose now, and went with the one I honestly think is the best.

Hack was criticized for taking Shaq #2 last year and look how that turned out.

Bill Simmons commentary: Michael Jordan was a sentimental favorite at #1, but if you look at last year's voting, the muppet judges felt that Hakeem and Shaq were the most potent players. Wilt Chamberlain was drafted 10th last year (a steal), but still considered a reach by JF posters. That's because the average Jazzfanz poster is 16, lives with his cousin, and can't remember who Chamberlain was...or anyone who played before NBA 2K11. In all fairness, players who are dead have been shown to be at a disadvantage in fan voting.

I'm in a good position. 2 of the guys I really want are still on the board.
KKK's a wild-card here. Is he going to go homer?

These drafts always go the same. The person picking is never around when its their turn but are seemingly on the board 24 hours a day otherwise.

In other words, Catchall approves of my pick.

Most Dominant Center to have ever played the game IMO, Offensively and Defensively - he would have been my #1 pick for sure.

Shaquille O'Neal

Big - Athletic - Gigantic - Monster of a Man - yet very smart in the way he plays as well. Four Championship Rings No less.

Showed his versatility when he won it with 2 different teams as well.

Only shaq would have a highlight real of him missing a free throw.

Hack A Shaq!

Good pick, nickkk. If I hadn't picked Hakeem, I would have gone with Shaq. Though, I don't believe you when you say you would have taken him over Jordan.
