I appreciate your creativity and effort. My personal opinion is it's WAY too busy and cheesy. My opinion is the site should be comfortable in it's own skin.. know who/what it is. Let the site identify itself and not be defined by it's logo. Meaning, don't try to reinvent the site, but rather just update it.

Definitely interesting, it would only go full-circuit once right? Cause if it kept doing that it would be annoying, but once would be pretty cool.

Hey Guys.. I spent about 1 hour last night doing this.. I tried to keep it pretty minimal, but I could add other things to it as well if need be.

Was out with some friends and something came to mind, so once I got home I started work on something awesome. I'm gonna continue work tomorrow and then post something that will blow. your. minds.

Below are two options. I put them into two different posts so you could vote for one or the other if you like them. The lettering has a shadow reminiscent of the Jazz logo and the font style hints at mountain peaks with the triangles and negative space, while allowing the "f" (option 1) or the "z" (option 2) to act as the finishing point for the mailman's dunk. If there is a consensus on the tagline for option 2, it could easily be changed or not used at all.

Obviously if we can't use pictures like the Malone & Stockton statues above, then I have a simplistic design, not bragging about how long this site has been up, not being cheesy, not trying to do too much, combing the "f" in fanz with the "j" in Jazz down below with a simple phrase using community:
As far as I know, if YOU took the picture, then it's fair game. If it's, e.g. a picture from the Jazz website, then probably not.
Ha, It's the animated one. It was a lot better in my head last night. I don't really like it that much though...
