So what a bummer, I was looking forward to this pick on the poll. I would think Atlanta is targeting someone specific since they traded up. I went ahead and voted for Richardson since he supposedly had a promise from Memphis, that would make trading up a necessity for Atlanta. He adds shooting they need now that Schroeder is the starting PG and they might lose Bazemore.
 
All these players are so meh to me. Sad we dont get to be excited for a pick, but damn, Im not that upset.
 
good grief. "Scheduling error" my foot. They knew all along and now they have stolen my joy and replaced it with George Hill. Leaving me to wonder outloud...why did I endure 3 seasons of Trey Burke?

I don't know who Atlanta drafts, but Jazz karma says he will be a 5 time all-star or something.

Since the trade won't be finalized until July 1, will that mean Atlanta's pick will put on a Jazz hat? Does he wait in New York for a week or do they continue to pretend and fly him out to Salt Lake City for a press conference on Friday? Bad move by the NBA to continue calendaring the draft when they do. It should be in August so it stops detracting from the Finals and after most of the FA explosion settles back down. Then Rookie league starts in September.

For someone who's bummed about no draft party you don't really seem to know how the draft works.
 
Some reports are saying Atlanta is looking to trade both their picks(12 and 21)...

Now that they don't have a backup PG, we should trade them Trey Burke and a second for 21 :)

Well yeah, I just don't see them taking anyone who I didnt list unless the reach for someone like Valentine or maybe Korkmaz. No one is posting who the "other" is other than "George Hill" who isnt a draftable player.

Ya, I was excited but that's just cause I'm a jazz fan and they had the pick.
Dudes look meh from the outside looking in.
