Jimmer for CJ?

I am in no way shape or forma Jimmer fan, nor do i hate him.

Having said that, **** yes! Where do I sign!?! I'd trade CJ for almost anyone!

To bad we would have to throw in one of our lottery picks at the very least for this trade.

F that then. Send CJ to work on the arena hot dog stands and bring me a hot dog and call it even.

Jimmer would be great as the 14th man.

He's not the bad. I'd rather have Jimmer than CJ. the Jazz need shooters, and CJ is awful. I'd give Jimmer a few minutes here and there when outside shooting is badly required. I just don't see why anyone would want CJ.

I can't stand Jimmer...but I atleast understand that he has a strength that we could use on this team. I would trade CJ for him, and then tell him to never go anywhere closer than 35 feet from the hoop and tell him to chuck about 3 or 4 shots a game from there. Couldn't be worse than CJ doing the same thing...

Expiring Contract

I like this exact trade and I proposed it a few weeks ago. I think SacTown would bite, but they'd probably want a second round pick included, which I would also favor. CJ has run his course in Utah -- his streakiness and virtual plateau of performance in the past few years is enough to move on, as far as the Jazz are concerned. Jimmer won't thrive in Sacramento, especially due to the emergence of Isiah Thomas and Keith Smart clearly not liking him very much. I do, however, think that he could do well in Utah. I can only imagine how well he could do if we could use his spot-up shooting talents when put at the 2 with a distributing point guard like Earl Watson or Kendall Marshall, should we end up drafting him.

You really think they are going to trade their lottery pick for a 25 year old second rounder that shouldn't even be getting off of a mediocre teams bench? You think they are going to give up on Jimmer after a half season? Even after he is playing fairly decent as of late?

I would assume we'd be throwing in a future second round pick as well. I'm not so sure SAC wouldn't bite. Jimmer is a horrible fit for that team.

2 second round picks for a lotto pick? The math doesn't add up, especially since cj is just a way way worse evans/thornton. A chucker who can't chuck.

Would Jimmer then be our 4th PG or our 5th wing? He's more of a 2 gaurd IMO....but he's much smarter than CJ onthe floor. Jimmer just seems like a defensive liability at the 2 and I'm not sure what he'd be at the 1 spot.

Jimmer would be a PG and no way in gods green earth would they trade him for CJ and a second rounder.
