Joe Ingles lobbying for Bogut

You're right ron but its a shame, he would have provided quality minutes behind rudy, especially down the stretch.

Those who want Bogut remember him as he was a few years ago. Yes, by all means...Jazz should should bring back every cripple with Utah ties. How about trading Dante to make room for Deron?

Even Withey would have been better than Bogut. Udoh is >>>>>> Bogut.

He is hardly lobbying for Bogut. He just said he would love to play with him and then some Australian journalist desperate for a headline changed it into "Ingles is lobbying for Bogut".

It's like last year when Paul George said he would love to play with Hayward. Of course he would love to play with Hayward, but that doesn't mean he's telling the Pacers to go get Hayward.

Here's Ingles quote:

"I would love for him to come over to Utah," Ingles told AAP.
"He's got a connection there already and if they want to take him I'll happily have him."

I would take Bogut for cheap. If the Jazz trade Favors and a wing for Love, I would take think Bogut could fit as the 3rd big and we'd have Udoh as an insurance policy.

I disagree. He's got experience and moxie. Remember this was the first pick in the draft when he was drafted. If you think Bolomboy or Bradley are going to lead a playoff run this year, I have some prime real estate to sell you.

I'd take Bogut over Epke simply because I'm reserving judgment on him until I see him play. Seems kind of like there are Francisco Elson vibes there.

I think Bogut's locker room attitude alone would be worth it. That being said, there's no reason to play him ahead of Udoh or even Allen. Only way it makes sense is a midseason signing due to a rash of injuries at the 5, and let's pray to god that doesn't happen.

He was not good. He was average. And being a number 1 pick he should of been loads better then average

QUOTE=Gobzilla;1467754]Bogut was good, but not anymore. Too many injuries and at his age, not worth it.[/QUOTE]

If I was Bogut I would just wait until injury happens to a playoff caliber team and is join. No reason to join lottery bound teams except for looking for a payday
