Well if wants to go into gay porn he would already have the perfect name.
He should have stepped down already (that is, unless he's actually innocent, lol. but even then...) so I figure he'll wait until they actually begin impeachment proceedings to resign. He'd be dumb to let them actually bring all the evidence forth and impeach him.

Hard to argue with facts like this. As for the AG, I don't care if he's innocent or not, he needs to step down. Swallow your pride and do the job you were elected to do: Serve. You're doing a major disservice to the state of Utah and its residents by allowing this circus to keep playing out in the media. Step down, jack hole.

The sad part of this whole debacle is that if you had looked at the two candidates without looking at the r or d next to their names, Dee Smith was tremendously more qualified than Swallow and yet Utah still chose this guy almost 2 to 1. I remember being pretty shocked on how much better Smith was and how Swallow could even get the nomination in the first place. Have an R next to your name and Waldo can win a statewide election here. What, there are only 6 or so states that actually elect on qualifications and not a letter in this country?
