Fun fact: Jae Crowder's father, Corey, played for the Utah Jazz from 1991-1992.

Did you see the article where the Jazz gave Jae his dad's old playing sneakers? Happened last year. Pretty cool.

I'm not sure I'm seeing the upside of this deal outside of the additional capspace as it will likely involve one or more of Exum, Hood, Favors and it could involve our sending a pick or two. If we do the deal, I hope it means we use the additional cap space to fill some holes caused by the trade.
 
I can only imagine the chip-on-the-shoulder type of play we'd see from a Gobert-Crowder led team. It would be epic (especially when they face Boston).
 
Ainge waits until Hayward gets to Boston to sign his contract to announce they are trading away a player to another team to get under the cap. Breaking Jazz hearts again.

Who is Tanner Ainge other than he's Danny Ainge's son? What reason is there to care about him other than his name? When you don't have accomplishment, then you live and die by that name recognition. Right now, everyone in Utah that's a Jazz fan (basically everyone that is a sports fan and not a recent transplant) is pissed at Ainge. So tough **** Tanner.
