sorry, didn't see you mixed up players
Uhmmm unless Stevens decides he wants to develop as a NBA HC from a college HC he wont be coaching, summer leagues let the assistant coaches coach the games, in the Jazz's case they have rotated every other game between two (like Layden & Corbin or Lowe and Horny for example) so they can get experience.Just checked the scheudle....I'm so glad that the Jazz don't play Celtics in Orlando.
I would cry while watching Ty get outcoached by Brad Stevens.
Millers are against gambling. Want to concentrate on teaching basketball instead of how to build pillow forts. Orlando, in may ways, is like the RMR. Games are more like scrimmages played in the small facility vs. the "Final Four" atmosphere in Vegas.Someone remind me why we don't play in Vegas?

I just meant in terms of where they trained and played. SLC is more like Orlando than Vegas.RMR games were very final 4 atmosphere. Crowds were loud, and great. Or do you not remember?

Nice find, Rev. Deron, Brewer, Dee, Hoffa's take-down of Williams. This is an all-time classic.I really enjoyed this video + the altercation. I wonder what the refs decided there![]()
I agree. But it was a great move when he just threw Williams to the floor like a used towel.Hoffa is an embarrassment to basketball.
He put his off hand on top of the guys shoulder and held him down so he could dunk over him. That was an offensive foul. That guy was in the key and and moving. He used the off hand to protect himself in anything. Should have been a defensive foul.
There is no more RMR because of Vegas. That is why they don't go there.Someone remind me why we don't play in Vegas?
I think the reason the Jazz don't go to Vegas was they basically played cutthroat with a lot the NBA teams that lead to the RMR's demise. Sort of like if the Jazz can hose the Blazers they will.
Let's not dwell on past disappointments. Not today.
Trey Burke, the National Player of the Year, and owner of a freakishly long wingspan, is going to be the Jazz pg at summer league in less than 48 hours.
Anybody heard if Gobert will be able to play??? Man, he is tall, I bet he is going to be good at something.
Let the new era of the mighty Jazz nation begin.
