Just Curious: Does this concern anyone else!

NBAdraft.net on Enes Kanter.
"One of the big concerns scouts have with Kanter is his physical health. He has had a history of knee problems and there are concerns about his knees not checking out 100% when he has NBA physicals"

Is there any reason to believe his durability won't match up to AK's, or even worse, Greg Oden's. I think Brandon Knight or Derrick Willimas has got to be the right pick at 3! What are you guys thinking?

I have not seen any references to any serious issues with his knees on more respectable sites. Lets see if Ford says something during his chat. Nevermind looks like no chat today.

Of course it's a concern.

This draft is filled lots of lots of concern for a lot of the players. Even Dwill2, and Irving have question marks.
In the end you go with Kanter's workouts, and trust the medical advice you are given.

Kanter has had over a year for knee to heal if bad.
Also no wear and tear from a college or pro season.

Withhold judgment until doctors actually examine him. I'm sure every team will have a pretty good idea about his knees by the time the draft rolls around.

odens legs are too thin to carry his body, kanters body is more proportional

The Blazers thought they had a pretty good read on Oden's health when they drafted him. Woops. Time to fire that doctor.

Just saw the interview on espn. He was talking about a bad back. Lets see, how many other big men have had back problems that have limited play time. I can think of many. This worries me since he is young. the knee thing is new to me and also raises some consern, but not as much as the back.
