Chris Littman: Interesting, @ESPNAndyKatz said Enes Kanter "stood up" Toronto, Milwaukee, Utah for interviews. Guess he won't interview with them at all

NBA draft Combine update

Not sure we should take Kanter because he refused to interview with the Jazz at the combine... that's interesting. I guess that means he does not want to play with the Jazz. there was some talk he and his agent may not feel he is a good fit here witht he Jazz. Do we still take him if he is the best player available? Hmm...

Hate Enes Kanter, Don't Hate Jimmer

Yesterday there was the Cleveland, Minnesotta, Washington comment.

Today,Andy Katz reports that Enes Kanter stood up the Utah Jazz during interviews. Wow! (May 20, 2011 11:48 AM)

Well, there is your high character guy. Who is his agent???

Agent is Max Ergul, who represents no other NBA players.

Now this isn't a good sign.

Obviously spot 3 is where a lot of people will peg him to go.
Now he refuses to interview with us? Why?

If we draft Knight at 3 I will be really disappointed. We should find a way to get Derrick Williams he is more likely to help us immediately.

I did not see him on the jazz to start with. I just hope the wolves take his ugly a.. or we trade him away to some other team.

Terrible news for Kanter lovers here. I am guessing if we are to tell him a trade is in the works to ship out either Millsap or Jefferson he will change his mind.

He is talking about filling LeBron's void in Cleveland... Will he interview with us?

Smart agent. He isn't a good fit here and he wouldn't be able to get minutes easily. What I have been saying all week long.

Yep, they have a defensive center to pair alongside him. He would be free to be a PF.

Enes has said he is a 4 not a 5, so I get not wanting to come to Utah where they have three pfs already. But Washington? I thought they like Mcgee and Blatche as a pf/c tandem. Where does Enes figure to fit into that?

Maybe that work-out he did for the Jazz a few weeks ago didn't go so well?

Screw him then. I hope the Jazz can trade down and pick some one else and get more assets. Perhaps the Jazz draft him and then tell Cleveland we will trade him for their fourth pick and future pick or perhaps the Jazz can send him to Washington for their pick and future picks.

There is no reason why the kid should have missed out on interviewing with the Jazz since he was in the same location as Jazz representatives were. Sounds like the kid is a little prima donna if he thinks he can act like he is something special which he is not.

Hopefully, this is just the media spouting off and giving misinformation.

Because Blatche is terrible, he will get replaced fast if Kanter is who everyone says he is.
