sepulchre you will lose.. :)

I don't get it. That guy keeps insulting me in some kind of sick way and people negg me (not that I care).

It shows exactly my point. They chose the *** licker. The *** licker makes them feel "oh finally some Turkish guy, who is not rooting for a player". I understand them. But I don't understand how they back up this rude, immature kid.

It is ok. And I follow this forum for a few years now. Admin can check my IP anyway, so he can see if I am a troll or not. By the way, I was just talking to addictionary. And obviously he did great job kissing people's asses because now these people think that they have to "protect" him. A very rude guy. It explains everything, my point actually.

Some OKC fans aren't too high on Kanter:

Don't understand the enthusiasm for Kanter

He is not a good player and will gum up the lane for Durant and Westbrook. Also, his defence is below average and he will take minutes from Adams.

DMC, Millsap and Wes are the only unrestricted free agents on that list. With the cap set to jump in 2016, Atlanta will almost certainly retain Millsap. I'd guess it'll take a lot to pry Wes away as well (especially with Batum's struggles this season). Max offer sheets for Kawhi and Butler will almost certainly be matched by their respective teams. After trading IT and Dragic (and Ennis), Phoenix likely matches any offer for Knight.

So...the Jazz might be able to score DMC or Khris Middleton with very aggressive offers.

I'd rather overpay to get something we desperately need than pay Kanter who has 0 value to this team. DL agreed.

And it's protected? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

If DL ****s the bed this summer, the Jazz should find someone who actually tries to do the job.

Define protected. I agree that DL has put himself in a position that he needs to deliver.

Also hahaha at all the general pissiness and bad attitudes in this thread.

It will be interesting to see Kanter paired with Adams at the same time.

We could have prolonged this for another year or two or just taken what was on the table and move on. We did the right thing there just wasn't a great match out there. We almost certainly will be in the 6th or 7th spot as far as draft position goes.

We had hoped for more... it wasn't available.

I've already thought the same thing ,Kanter will have so much more room to operate in OKC and Durant and Westbrook are willing passers.

I hope he fails it up and has a lousy NBA career. I haven't detested a player like Kanter in a long time.

Except that we now have details that show us getting draft picks, as we obviously were getting from the beginning. FO obviously wasn't trading Kanter for literally nothing.

Except that's pretty much exactly what they did. The picks are going to be well outside of the lottery, meaning they have very little value. Perkins is not on our team. The international player is not an NBA player. The only situation that could have been worse, and marginally so, is if the Jazz would have simply cut Kanter.

He's going to miss Utah...

Or any of the ones I didn't include on the list...

By the way, I'm pretty "meh" about the trade. I was excited when I thought it was Detroit's pick of this year, but OKC's protected pick in the future isn't too exciting. So to me it all hinges on exactly this issue--which free agent do they pick up in the summer with their cap space. And I'm willing to postpone making a decision on the merits of this trade until after I see that.
